2BR going from $3,250 to $3,505 incl parking. It's pretty insane but I guess since they have 3 full time staff they figure they can get a better rate and keep them busy filling vacancies. Guess the foreign-studentification will continue just like it has at most luxury rental buildings in Boston.

You jinxed it, fire alarms went off again today at 7:30am. Also just got our rent renewal and they're charging $200 more. If we wanted to do month to month it would be $2,000 more a month. We are one of the closest units to the construction. Really glad we're in the process of buying a place.

It was a nice park and soccer field until the city decided to use it as a snow farm. Having 2 plows and countless trucks working 24/7 over the field pretty much destroyed it. Will be interesting to know if they plan on putting down sod once the snow melts a little more.

Seattle is a decent hub for Alaska so not all is O&D traffic. Some is definitely from Alaska proper and Hawaii.

The sign looks nice and if you look in between the walls outside you can see the patio they're working on. It'll be a very nice addition to the area, if only I could afford it.
