The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

DTX Roche, West End Whole Foods, Back Bay Trader Joe's, etc. all seem in line with what I've been to in Europe. North End's got the Golden Goose and Go Banana's too. Smaller format definitely exists in Boston, and works.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

When places like Beer Works are packed wall-to-wall before events, I think there's enough foot traffic to go around

The T’s overcrowded and traffic sucks because everyone works from home.

    Reasonable Transit Pitches

City of Lynn's long term plan is to redevelop the whole waterfront to residential/commercial. Personally, I think the existing uses and insane amount of environmental remediation that'd be needed makes that unworkable, but that's the plan at least.

    "Midtown"/Widett Circle in a non-Olympics Boston

Can't imagine anything more environmentally crazy than taking a large area that's walkable to major urban center and making it off limits to development.

City Hall Plaza Revamp | Government Center

Re: Official City Hall Plaza Proposals Foot traffic wasn't at all helped by the fact that they decided to have a gate for a non-ticketed event, only have one gate, and have that gate be poorly marked.

BHA Charlestown/Bunker Hill Redevelopment | Charlestown

Technically, they aren't demolishing section 8 housing, but are actually adding section 8 housing. Existing units are old school style public housing. They'll be replaced by units that have project based vouchers attached to them. That's the general trend for legacy public housing developments...

The Sudbury (Bulfinch Crossing Residential Tower) | 50 Sudbury St | GCG Phase I | Gov't Center

2.5 years for complex demo and tower construction sounds pretty reasonable. Towers alone usually take about 1.5-2.

AVA North Point II | Archtone phase II | East Cambridge

It's all those Dot three decks people bought for $20K in the 80s that are selling for $1M. Would have been $2M if they weren't wood.

    Revere Infill and Small Developments

The discussion is moot because there's no money for new public housing units to begin with. So feel free to take this enlightening policy debate off.

The Beverly (née Merano) (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End

Yeah, they've been slowly working their way down Causeway from the Lomasney/Merrimack end.
