To that end, I looked up the listing for one of the units to see what it was going for and how it compared to what we've been looking at locally in Grafton/Westborough/Shrewsbury, since each unit is roughly comparable in size and parking to what we want. $3.2 Million! Which is about triple what we've seen new construction out here go for. Location, location, etc.H and Broadway does have some nice south end vibes

Good to finally see some development here. W1st and C st is a rough looking intersection.
Ugh. can't they at least match the brick of the existing structure? I appreciate the size/ massing, but yuck.
What a complete transformation of that corner. I drove by there a few weeks back for the first time in years and barely recognized where I was. Could see into the new Bell's a bit and it's going to be nice.256 Dorchester street
