No pictures but the small building going up next to Red Bones in Davis has a core and steel rising. I was surprised it had a steel first floor considering its not supposed to be very big from what I recall.
Do you know any more details about this one? It’s a new cottage ADU as part of 163 Morrison.

Somerville home vandalized with graffiti protesting gentrification
Graffiti is making a statement in Somerville. A home under construction was recently vandalized with messages protesting gentrification. And it’s highlighting the tension between new development and affordability in this Massachusetts city. The graffiti may have targeted one home in Somerville...www.nbcboston.com
I sometimes wonder who lurks here and if some things discussed here influence any decisions. Hard to know.3 separate notes:
1) per reddit, that tag has been there for at least a month. I don't know I feel about a developer not caring enough to remove it before a camera crew shows up from the local news, so I'm thinking there's some backstory here we're missing.
2) as far as I can tell, there wasn't much discussion of that tag since then, except for the recent posts in this thread. Does a NBC10 producer or editor lurk here, & needed something for a slow news day?
3) Given the limited amount I know about the spectrum of "graffiti etiquette," (as far as I'm aware - common are no personal property (peoples houses & cars, mom & pop shops), no nature, etc) - this house admittedly is a grey area, but I'm going to opine that this is a disgruntled neighbor, and should be thought of as more vandalism with spray paint as the medium than as graffiti - and actual graffiti folks are likely pissed that they're getting bad press.
