Somerville Infill and Small Developments

That is a definite improvement on the commercial garage that occupied the site. The format of two triple deckers and one or two ADUs is the new formula for building in Somerville.
 
Finally some action on this property. Across street from Greentown Labs along Somerville Ave. Looked like a sidewalk auction happening today. It’s been sitting half-started for 5 years or more.

No pictures but the small building going up next to Red Bones in Davis has a core and steel rising. I was surprised it had a steel first floor considering its not supposed to be very big from what I recall.
