Manchester Infill & Small Developments

I live where they installed bike lanes in Manchester (Beech Street). Yes, Crissy, very few cyclists use the bike lanes. However, the bike lanes have helped reduce the average speed on the "Manchester Motor Speedway" from 55-70 MPH to 35-50 MPH. Plus, they help increase property values in Manchester. Install them on Pine Street. The local yokels will complain about the bike lanes then yell about the speed of the two lane one way street when nothing is changed.

Visited Manchester for the first time and really liked it! Some photos from a recent snowy day. Definitely some new infill sprouting up in the urban core, but walkability is sorely lacking. I was very impressed by the Currier Art Museum, and highly recommend William & Sons for coffee!

Wow! This proposal will actually be around 200' based on the current render. Roof is listed at 419'. Ground floor west at 227.8' but that corner goes further down so rounding it down to 227'. 419'-227' = 192', and then there's that mechanical box on top that should push it to right about 200'!

Here's the location in the scheme of downtown, lot near the upper right highlighted in yellow with the red circle-pointing thing.
