Heard something a while ago that the some of the blue gels for the Zakim lights were stolen by construction workers or some else with the project. The Globe had an article I will try to dig up.

Aren't there a few bars on that street as well? West Street Grille comes to mind and that gets pretty packed practically every night. Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers!
You wanna know what grinds my gears? Dirty Green Line trolleys. For some reason, the cleaners just can't sweep up all that grit or wipe off all of the grime. So now there are little crusty piles of sand and dirt in every corner and every groove. Groovey!
But there is no reason to say that regardless of context on this architectural forum. Newspapers would not even print something like that. If you want to rant, rave, and spew out whatever comes out of your mouth, start a blog so we can all avoid it.
In addition, the developer is building a separate building full of affordable units for Chinatown - 56 I believe - on Oxford St, if I am not mistaken.

Oh, and vanshnookenraggen, they are integrating at least some of the old building on Kingston St into it.
I think this is an excellent project. It looks and sounds good, especially on the Greenway side. The document says the height will be 325 feet - the top of the highest occupied floor.
