This only took about fifty years to get going. It's good that it includes bike lanes.

I drove through Claremont, NH last week. Downtown, there were about five empty storefronts in a row. Not exactly a boom town.

Here in New Jersey, there are some ugly condos along the Palisades. I haven't seen any demolished yet. Usually, huge buildings are not demolished unless it's absolutely necessary.

That's about what I expected.
