Re: New Tower(s) Planned For Prudential Center The current crop of developers are playing the long game and not looking to sell the buildings within a 10 year time frame as part of a pancake strategy. This is quite different than the build it and flip it mentality which dominated real estate...

South End Infill and Small Developments

I believe it was a front for something else. Much like overabundance of nail salons in certain neighborhoods offering massage therapy. Many long derelict buildings and businesses in the South End are results of shady activity tying up the sale or leasing of the property.

Any information about the architecture or history?... of 352 Mass Ave at St. Botolph.

That's a newly constructed building. The previous apartments on the site were destroyed by a combination of arson and the construction of the Southwest Corridor. The apartments on the other side of the tracks, where Martin Luther King once resided, met a similar fate. Also across the street...

Behind the scenes at Mass DOT

It is quite easy to take your children to activities in the city. One simply walks out the front door and a few blocks down the street. For someone that doesn't live or seem to understand how cities operate you thoroughly enjoy dictating how urbanites should live.
