Re: 303 Third St (Kendall Square) Architecturally speaking, it looks great...but as Lrfox said, from the pedestrian perspective, it could use work. The pedestrian-street interaction looks horrible around this building. They better get retail in there.

Re: Russia Wharf Filene's tower will happen because it is in a key area of the city, and whether or not the developer does get his finances in order, this will get built regardless. Obviously it would just be given to someone else who has the financial backing. And in regards to South...

Ya, i feel a lot better now. And Jason Bay is a great guy, I really love having him on the team...I don't think we could have gotten anyone better to bring up the team spirit and give the fans a player they love. He is just a great player.

Welcome The Man Who Laughs. And I definitely agree with you on being a huge fan of the Joker character. Batman was an amazing movie, and Heath Ledger as the Joker was just fantastic.
