I think if we got 2, 3, and 4 in the next 9 years, I'd be happy. Those 3 projects would dramatically improve the T. I might add T Under D, but I know less about that project than the others so I don't know if it is realistic or not.
The place next door to that electric equipment - the one with Trillium and the small market - isn't much to right home about, but it houses a lot of artists' spaces and small businesses. I kinda figured that would get bought and someone would combine that space with the lot with all the electric...
It's squat, sure, but it looks like it'll be right in line with it's neighbors. I've always liked the scale of this part of congress street and I'm happy to see one of the few missing pieces get filled in.
I agree. I like the idea upthread of pushing the alley all the way through to Stuart St. and lining it with some commercial spaces/cafes/bars and keeping it free of cars.

I don't know if they will, but I REALLY hope so. If they don't, the combo of lack of active street level plus the Harbor Street overpass on Congress will kill that stretch.

Is there any way that the stadium could lead to a better use of the space under 93? Hell, even if some of the proposed parking was shifted there it would be a benefit.
