Sad the church won't be rebuilt, but it's nice to see the parcel being used for housing.

It seems like it's ongoing. I don't know how fast its moving or where they are in the process because the work is almost exclusively inside, but I've seen crews on site continuously over the last 6+ months. You can see the construction lighting on each level at night too.
