I see the helicopters almost every day and they always approach between Weymouth and Ellsworth Street to land on the helipad.

Construction on the Westin Top of the East roof top deck is scheduled to begin in November and to be completed by June 2022. It appears that a complete re-do/modernization of the interior of the Top of the East will take place as well.

Construction on the Exterior Roof Top Deck has not even started yet. GC's bidding on the project is due this Thursday. So I wouldn't expect to see it completed for many months as it appears it's a complete re-do of the entire Top of the East.
