Hadlock has some great local flavor - the fireworks lighthouse, the local beers, etc. Hopefully that will remain.

Another great example of this is a place called A Baked Joint in DC which is a bigger version of Smalls and does its own baking. Has the feel of a real community gathering place. Or Wild Oats in Brunswick!

Would love something with an "all day" vibe. I don't know if you've been to Smalls down by the CBB but they do a good job making it somewhere to hang out, have coffee, do a little laptop work, have breakfast or lunch, or have a cocktail in the evening.

This piece along Spring (which I think is for the retail?) coming along nicely.
