Ballas Group LLC filed an LOI today for a 6-story, 106-unit rental project at 1500 Soldiers Field Road. Plan calls for 60 parking spaces, for a ~.56 parking ratio. Not bad, given the area's lack of frequent transit options and general hostility for people walking and biking. Project site below...
