The city put it out for a bid. B.good (local chain) put their name in the pot and was pretty disappointed they were not chosen from what I have heard. No idea who else put their name in.

Does anyone have any updates? They released another schematic a year ago, but have had zero contact with the BRA since then, and have not broken ground. It has been 6 or 7 years since they were originally designated for this location now.

I would not be surprised if Northeastern bought the long building permanently. They moved a lot of offices over there and I believe the church has already approached them about buying it outright. Its a very juicy piece of real estate for any institution.

Interesting they are moving forward so quickly seeing that their $20M renovation campaign seems to have stalled at about 65%. Wonder if they will economize the design at all or if they school will just take on the extra debt.
