Well the developer gave to much up. It’s going to at least take a 700 ft to make the economics work for this . If I can see it they can see it too. Sell it to MP or Boston properties . They seem to be the only ones that understand economics

Boston gonna be Boston. I think at this point all new developments should include some sort of housing. To me it seems the BPDA does not recommend or demand anything from these developers. Definitely selling the city short.

Thanks for the great photos. I didn't realize how prominent this location was. I cant wait to see the office tower rise, the Residential tower alone is going to have a great impact.

If this is true we can forget about notable size building here. Maybe 10 stories at best! I was hoping the same developers of One Dalton would make a play here.

Yes, If you watched the Mayor's interview yesterday, Incentives are based on what site Amazon chooses. Each site is different(Ex:Public & Private Land) The incentive package will depend on what site they choose to go with. I think its a smart decision. Every city is already offering incentives...

Surprised a Developer would give up that much. Deletion of second tower and 20% reduction of the 1st Tower, That is a lot.
