The Flash Cocktails is finally up for rent, so this area should see some huge growth. I used to live across the street, it really needs it.

RIP Rise Nightclub.

I used to go there all the time but I never had any idea what the outside of the building looked like. Makes sense tho based on the shape. A real shame that it closed. I have never been to another club with the same vibe.
