Can you think of equivalent communities in other cities?
The Curbed blogs cover development issues (in DC, SF, LA, NY, Seattle, Chi) but the lack of a wiki format makes them inferior in my opinion, despite the nicer appearance.
The local Cyburbia forums don't cut it either, because they don't have the same focus. The skyscraperpage forums suck to navigate.
