Once that glass extends up to and a little beyond the roof this building wont look so fat. The cladding is about halfway wait until its finished.

Correct. I believe there is also an entrance as well as exit from LaGrange. (But you can only get to the LaGrange entrance from Tremont Street, so it was pretty restrictive. Hence the Stuart Street entrance as well.)
