Just to recap on what was completed in 2012:
- Mass Art Dorm
- Gardner Museum expansion* (did they have a soft opening in Dec '11?)
- The last vacant lot on Comm Ave in Back Bay
- Is Spaulding Rehab complete?
- North Bank Pedestrian Bridge
- Boston Common Fountain Restoration
- Earl of Sandwich Boston Common
- 50+ Miles of Bike Lanes
- Did MIT's Sloan school complete in 2012, or earlier?
- BU Grad School housing by Boston Medical
- Shiny Mass Ave town homes by BMC
- Isn't there an orange-facade building at LMA that was completed in 2012? Children's or Dana Farber, I can't remember. It looked like something out of Rotterdam. Datadyne007?

Anyway, my nominations/seconds are for the bolded ones. I especially think 2012 was a big year for bike developments in Boston.

I have $50 on MassArt. No contest.

Yawkey CCC opened in 2011. I know because I toured it at BuildBoston 2011.

This guy. I believe it's part of BWH.

The Certificate of Occupancy for YCCC was issued in 2010. The building officially opened on February 14, 2011.

Ohhhh that one. Definitely not best new when put up against MassArt.
