Although none of these are landmark developments they are all solid proposals for best development.
 
I'm going to go with 1.

I think 3 and 5 belong in "worst"
 
I can see not getting excited by 50 miles of bike lanes (although I am) but saying it's a candidate for worst development? That's a bit much.
 
after going through and doing all my voting in all the categories, boson had a pretty damn good year.
 
#4. I just love that bridge and its connecting parks. But I feel like I should be voting for the MassArt Dorm.
 
MassArt, hands down. That is one awesome tower on a great site.
 
Yes the Mass Art dorm. It's 21st century, adds color, is not afraid to be bold.
Some concern about the panels though. Will they age gracefully? Hope so.
