BU Development Thread

The presentation confirms the long term vision is to demolish the Social Work building to create a larger lawn.

Also, Pardee will be mass timber construction!

I am assuming that the long-term plan for a new building on the site of Alpert Mall will be the new home of the School of Social Work.

Perhaps Social Work moves into the spaces that were previously occupied by Pardee on Bay State when the new building is complete.
 
I love the concept for a multi-ecology central green. It would really tie together the central part of campus in a unifying way that has always been missing at BU.
