Looks like we may get a hotel at 104 Canal Street after all. ZBA has give a one year extension now that the developer has a operator (Cambia Hotels) lined up.

Nice! Theres still quite a few parking lots left in Bulfinch triangle so its good to see 1 go. Really cool how it takes up 2 plots and faces 2 opposite streets. Also Im not sure what that facade material is, but it has an art deco look with the long vertical white lines, cutting through black metal floorplates.
 
The different massing and material should help preserve the smaller lot size texture of the Bulfinch Triangle
