Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment | Charlestown

I'm sure there will be some kind of shuttle service from these new complexes to the orange line stop. Marina bay & North Quincy residences offer this as an amenity.

The 93 pre pandemic ran way more often than every 15 minutes and the T7 will as well (including 1 seat rides to downtown and seaport).
All of this 'CTown isn't connected via bike' is more than a bit hyperbolic. No need to get to community college or whole foods.
This route is 90% off street and low stress 100%.

That's pre pandemic schedule. Pre-COVID the 93 ran every 7 - 9 minutes peak, every 15 - 20 midday and saturdays, and every 30 evenings. Currently service is only every 45 minutes or less than hourly off peak.

There's no certainty the T7 will happen. The MBTA has lost 5% of it's bus operators in the past 6 weeks, and is down to only 82% of the staffing to run pre-COVID service. The fiscal cliff is still forecast to set in next summer.

That leaves the North Washington Street Bridge, which is still under construction, and occasional closures of the dam routing/crossing. The last update specifices a completion date of the end of Q1 2025, or late March 2025.
