The lighting in that first photo is gorgeous. It almost looks like a CGI cityscape from a movie set 30 years in the future (and I mean that in the best way possible).

I can imagine it’s a pretty easy sell to get companies to lease here. (No evidence) It’s just actually got some character and picturesque landscaping going for it. Seems like high end buildings too…Class A?

Does anybody know how tall this building is? Page 28 has a diagram but of course the side showing the full building is totally garbaled. On the other piece we can see that the elevation starts at 26', and "almost" the top of the shorter wing hits 236'. So my guess is that wing goes up about 214' from ground level. Then there's still 2 more regular floors and the entire lantern crown above it. In the diagram below then, the top of the shorter right side would be the 214'. I'm going to guess 280' to the top.
