That was a big hit that happened right in front of me. Typical LMP2 missed braking point taking out a GT car:

First the random sightings... I still think these 4th gen F bodies look fantastic
E-type just cruising around Lexington, no big deal
And then Cars and Coffee in my town of Bedford this past Sunday
This '97 Camry had a TRD supercharger that was a dealer installed option that apparently Toyota didn't advertise at all because I didn't hear a thing about it and I thought I knew almost everything about '90s Toyotas (my first car was a 1990 Corolla lol). If I didn't see it with my own two eyes I would've called the guy's bluff. Janky but glorious

Definitely a smaller and more subdued showing this time because it rained pretty heavily that morning. Very few older cars showed up
The owner of this 2019 Z06 game me a ride and he put all of those 650 horses to work
An Alfa brigade showed up

From that generation, or other generations? In the case of the 1980s 3rd gen I'd agree but otherwise I think it's a wash. That red Trans Am in particular still looks great by any measure, IMO.
In general, but the 4th gen Trans-Ams look overstyled compared to the simpler Camaros to me. I'm also biased in that one of my favorite all-time race cars (and this is a Ford guy speaking) is the Jack Baldwin Hot Wheels Camaro.

OK I've never seen that Jack Baldwin car and I love it. Also I hear you... the Trans Am definitely takes a "more is more" approach, but I think they both pull off the swoopy fighter jet look very well. I would kill to see a Z28 in this red launch color.

The closest thing to a peerage on this side of the pond.
I took my mom's old Canon from the '70s to Watkins Glen when I went, and finally got back the photos from the developer. I didn't really know what I was doing, but they came out gloriously vintage looking so I count it as a win. Stick tap to LB Wheaton in Worcester for some help with everything.

Porsche 911 S/T (the best 911 spec) done up as a half-Rexy in the Michelin booth to show the road relevancy. If I ever hit the lottery I now have a target car.
