157-163 Chestnut Street: Requesting for special permit and variance to construct 30 residential units by combining both lots, demolishing a rectory & constructing a new building in its place; constructing residential units in the former church & in the new building.
Adding: Project will be dubbed as "The Cathedral" includes the conversion of a church to 16 residential units and a new 14 unit multi-family building. The ground level will consist of 45 parking spots and a shared open space terrace/park area above the parking garage between the two structures.
If approved, the 16 owner-occupied and 14 rental units project would start in October and be completed by March 2023.
