Ironically right now would probably be the perfect time to do something like this with how good RAMSA is right now with projects exactly like this. In the past few decades it could have ended up kind of cheap looking, but RAMSA is absolutely killing projects like these nowadays. Heres their Inman admissions center at Elon university. They could absolutely deliver on something like this today.
