That last shot is a real doozy. How did you get the colors so vivid?

Im seeing a crane out my office window around NEMC. It's red, and I think it's new. What's going on?

They took down about half of the building and left...Don't know if the rest will follow?

It's like they built it knowing someday it would become completely abandoned and then recolonized by artists with an ironic appreciation for early-00s late PoMo and neo-modernism.
