That's for the MIT's Koch Institute. They've finished the foundation and are starting to put up steel. Here is a crappy cell picture:

There's a crane up on Albany St. across from BUs NEIDL building. New condos I believe.

Hamilton is no longer the developer. The new developer was talked into buying that one story building so the new building now extends to the corner. There will be retail on the corner, they hope an art gallery. It will not be a restaurant since they did not include venting in the project. They had wanted condos but are now looking for approval to become rental.
