What is going in to 76-96 First? The building looks like a car dealership at this point.
 
121 First has CarGurus as the tenant.

Has any tenant been announced for 76-96? I can’t figure what they’re expecting to occupy such a large horizontal space.
 
I'm so annoyed at the 1 story building. TBH nothing over there should be less than 5.

Thanks for those pics Beeline. Does anyone know what this structure is? I've noticed it from the Leverett Circle bridge. It's being built here.
