That's a really good bookend project. I love the condos even if I couldn't afford them in ten lifetimes.

Maybe that will finally get that ocean gateway garage retail kickstarted. Why not a gym or something in there? Everything doesn't have to be bars and restaurants. A smaller public market like what Freeport just opened would be cool too

They don't put panel gaps in the renders, haha. Let's hope these come out just the way they look here. Big panel gaps would absolutely destroy that office building.
