The reason? Of course!

Wow - no updates here in a while.

1) The site of literal 80EB is now blocked off with jersey barriers. They have been doing soil tests for about a month now, so can only assume something to happen soon.

2) Letter of intent filed with BPDA (nee BRA) for 1033-1055 Washington street. Not sure if moderators want to start a new thread or not - they are new buildings, but also part of the "80EB life sciences complex" that is Drukers dream
