First off, BeeLine, thank you for meticulously photographing this project as well as all the others.

Second, I know we say it a lot, but the scale of this project always impresses me.
 
They should have named this thing the catalyst because thats really what it is for the neighborhood.

Seaport looks very glassy. Love the shape of the windows.
What are the average rents living in the Seaport?

If you view that as the end product of "mistakes", the only way to avoid it at Suffolk Downs is to build it as a public housing project.
