Everett Infill and Small Developments

I would edit that slightly to "we get the city we allow for"
Its weird too because we have community meetings that give input on every single project that goes up, but the only thing they use them for is to cut units… in a housing crisis. Imagine if instead of demanding they cut out some # of units instead they asked for better design. Wed be in a much better place today.

Not a small development, but the Artemas development is looking close to opening. The building includes 396 units and is located off the bike path next to Night Shift Brewing. These photos are from last week —

Updated Plans Under Review for Everett Mixed-Use Project

“In the works since 2021, new plans have been proposed for the redevelopment of 108 Ferry Street in Everett, site of the Ferry Street Grill. The new mixed-use development would include 20 residential units over a 1,960 square foot Café space.”

This looks too classy. What needs to be added are big square orange panels randomly placed, a bunch of offset mismatched windows, some cheap siding, and, oh, make it sprawl across there blocks with no interruptions. Then we would have something! 😁
