With Sapporo having moved out, I wonder if someone is going to revive the full Widgery Wharf redevelopment from 10 years ago (I searched here for it, but the references I found depended on a long-since-expired Loopnet listing). Update: Google found Said expired listing for me.

Yes, that was the one! There was some discussion of it, but it was literally a decade ago and I wonder if the owners of Union and Widgery are still interested.

A good result, though wish there were some subtle color highlights for the exterior. And Sapporo from Commercial Street just moved in. I'm definitely going to hit that next month (The Armature is
also getting a Japanese restaurant and accompanying market this fall, from Miyake.)

I am working on a large project behind here so see this place often. So much more could have been done to make this a standout project but it's just there. Nothing impressive about it.
