LOL, my son lives on Tremont Street right smack dab pretty close to the spot of those pics - - I sent these to him and he said "If a crane was erected on my building roof these would be the vistas!"

Route 1 really needs, at a minimum, sidewalks, but preferable bike paths AND sidewalks, plus some landscaping to go along with that. Yeah, I get that this is autocentric suburbia, but come on.

Or bite the bullet and actually upgrade it to an expressway (which could also have parallel multi-use paths).

Any word on what's going on in the very tip-top penthouse? I've been wondering for a few weeks, as that tarp or whatever covering has been over the balcony for a while. At first I was hopeful that they were *finally* installing the long-ago promised Four Seasons Logo up there, but it seems both an awfully long time for such a project and also more directly connected to that penthouse unit, specifically.
