The Suffolk County Jail should be torn down and replaced with a supertall. It's an ideal location: near transit and CR, great view of the river, high FAA ceiling, not near any old residential neighborhoods, and not over any tunnels.

Move the jail to a repurposed Hurley Bldg. The court would be the yard.

I like how you placed those two photos V-shape angled - opposite/mirroring (Back Bay-South End) the two different sides of the High Spine there.
