Foundation Medicine (Parcel P) | 400 Summer Street | Seaport

Any confirm link on that? - that would be great!
No link I'm afraid but a very reliable source confirmed it's Eli Lilly, not 100% on the whole building, or the majority of the building, but a big lease. Also, you won't believe the rent!!

This is great , especially because I don't believe to this point Lilly has had an especially large footprint in the area.

steel over the highway ramps (no easy feat getting this done). This was a great addition by WS that wasnt in original Seaport Sq master plan. Not only will it cover the ramps and help Congress St, it is going to greatly extend the street wall along Summer St and partially block out the view of the vent building.

Is New York Crane being used on this project because there are no 'Massachusetts-based' cranes available, or does this project require this particular (or similar) model to do the lifts and assembling? Quite a road trip unless they barged it up.

I bet it was a supply and demand issue. There was a crane that just came down in NYC and the immediate need was up here in Beantown. But to your point, putting up one of these suckers takes about a dozen flatbeds to haul all of the parts.
