Id rather a smaller footprint building to go up there (think 10 Farnsworth).great photos, Beeline!
For Parcel N, it would be nice if they were able to mimic Parcel P (extending the footprint by building over Pier 4 Blvd) by building over West Service Road and tying in with the empty lot next to Row 34...it would create a continuous Summer Street street wall
