Going to be very interesting to see how the parcel to the left, behind this development, is going to be developed. Theres been a couple half assed renders showing what could happen, but nothing has ever really shown a thorough way to integrate it into the ground level, upper level, and around the on/off ramps that cut through the parcel. Going to be interesting to see what they end up with eventually.

For Parcel N, it would be nice if they were able to mimic Parcel P (extending the footprint by building over Pier 4 Blvd) by building over West Service Road and tying in with the empty lot next to Row 34...it would create a continuous Summer Street street wall

Id rather a smaller footprint building to go up there (think 10 Farnsworth).
 
Any word on when N will start to rise?

They were waiting for a tenant last we knew anything. There was a suggestion Eli Lilly was signing on, but they've since announced they'll be at 15 Necco.
 
Yeah, it seems like WS don't build on spec. seems like they always have a tenant to break ground.
 
Related...it looks like a building permit search was issued for this site on Monday. Looks like a permit to build on Parcel N.
