I love the way the brick will make the lower floors look like legacy warehouse space. This is a really thoughtful project, both in design and implementation.

The exact opposite of the plain glass box style that proliferates in other new buildings in the city.
 
Curious to see how the cornice section comes out right at the roof ledge. Tough to spot from the renders and it’s one of those details that really adds to the feel of the original brick BWC buildings in Fort Point.
 
And the crane is on its way down. There’s still a lot of curtain wall work to be done but mostly on the lower floors. I guess ground cranes will be used for that? Great to see another milestone on this project. Can’t wait to see 350 Summer get started…
