Random question: what’s up with the goofy entrance to 300 sf of nothing at the SE corner of the building, east of the parking garage doors and opposite the NEU entrance to the Colonnade building at 101 Belvidere? It remains a raw space with workers storing tools and supplies, but there’s no connection to the rest of the building. Anyone know what gives?

The floor plans show it as retail but it’s a tiny space so maybe a cluster of ATMs eventually but can’t imagine it being large enough for anything else.
