Probably not far off from the truth tho. Went to the Ashland MB bout 2 weeks ago and there were those professional beggars right where the Union House is (which continues to be my pick for the first newish apartment complex to fail)

I think it only reinforces my belief that developers DGAF and as long as they can find Bag Men suckers they will build. Even if it makes zero sense.

Lol I should have known when I had to edit out the “way too few parking spaces part” to post the description. I found a non bullshit ass render and put it in the post. The nimbys in framingham are wild smh…

250 Unit Mixed-Use Project Advances in Framingham​

Plans have been approved for a multifamily phase project at 63 & 75 Fountain Street in Framingham. Plans call for demo of the existing building at 75 Fountain, and the construction of a new residential building to include 211 residential units and amenity space. The second phase of the project will include renovation of the existing building at 63 Fountain with an expansion of daycare, gallery, cafe space, and 39 loft-style units. In total, the development will offer 28 affordable units.
