Hanover St "Tower" | 244 Hanover St | North End

Gotta be mob related right?

It doesnt take 8 years to build 6 floors

^^58 and a quarter feet of it.
Reading my Dreiser, in 1892 West End, they called this a flat.
Bonus: Only took 9 years. That puke yellow color is truly hideous.

Where are the mobs and pitchforks?

This "tower" is so tall you can see it all the way on I-495. You all wanted something over a 1,000. Well here it is. This "tower" rises a whopping 1775.46cm.

It looks like they mirrored the render in the VE process and changed materials. I think what we see is what we get.

I'm pretty sure the yellow isn't the final siding. You can see in a few spots (e.g., the flashing wrapped around the cornice, the spot in the lower right beneath the 2nd story window, and the vertical white strips in the upper right) that "under" layers go over the yellow. It looks to me like another layer of exterior material is coming.

But I've been wrong before...

Why on earth is the left window closed off like that?

And brick?

Page 1 says:

"The three units per floor would vary its offered amenities, and the exterior copper-clad facades would age nicely and help this new complex mesh with the existing neighborhood fabric."
