Gonna be nice getting over 17k sq ft of retail down here where there is not as much as other parts of the seaport. Itll go well with legals to kind of pick up the slack of whats been a more lackluster area and probably end up with some good restaurants and other offerings.
The 4 restaurants at Liberty Wharf are always packed (not a lot of options right on the water) and Yankee Lobster and the Harpoon beer hall always have lines. But yes, it will be nice to have some new retail and restaurant options. Anyone know whats going in to the old Salvatore's space?+1. This is starving for new activity now. Used to be one of the hottest areas in town - and now it's an afterthought with all of the new stuff down the other end.
Stick - what exactly is that?
