It's wild that I'm typing this - since I generally do not like gray on buildings, but, I kind of like how it contrasts with its surrounding buildings - both the traditional brick and contemporary midrise buildings.I do like the project as well but they could have done a better job with the colors. All gray is a bit boring and depressing.
Beautiful. Thanks for those pics taketern.The solid gray coloring is pretty much limited to the north facing side (alley side). The other sides are primarily clad in brick. Today I took a bunch of street-level pics. This building will be a great addition to the Fenway neighborhood.
Lastly, moderators, it appears that this building has come out as Idyl Fenway (www.idylfenway.com). Perhaps we can update the thread title.

I wish the Suffolk Downs new apartments had this quality.This might be my favorite apartment complexes built in the last 5-10 years, especially because of its location/context in existing neighborhood.
