If you won megamillions and could live anywhere in MA.

Dec. through March: Goa
April-May: Scotland
June-August: Boston
September: Marbella
Oct.: Boston
Nov.: London

Marbella is unbelievable, fingers crossed for a visit this spring! To study the Alhambra and Moorish architecture, of course.

January-March: Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory, Northern British Columbia
April: San Francisco
May: Madrid
June-August: Boston
September: New Zealand
October: Vermont
November: Chicago
December: Seattle? or Boston.

You guys want to be in Boston during the stickiest, most sweltering period on the East Coast?

I recommend San Francisco in summer and Boston in the fall. Preferably not a fall like this one.

Yeah, I want to get the hell away from here during the summer months.

And kennedy: northern Canada in January? Boston isn't cold enough for ya?

Hell yeah! With a helicopter and film crew, and a personally designed backwoods cabin functioning as home base. The snowboarding would be unbelievable. Or at least, I hope it would be...

Bit naive. But the colder the better-with the right precautions, gear, and shelter, humans could survive just about anywhere on Earth pretty comfortably, at least for a few months.

The Rockies don't cut it? I've been hitting up Big Sky this past year...

So I've never been to the Rockies. Where's the best place/state to see them?

Copper Colorado. Free backcountry snowcat. A bit of hiking still required, but no avalanche courses or anything. And beautiful fresh snow.

Hahaha I LOVE to ski, but that ^ scares the crap outta me.

Yeah same but imagining it is ridiculous. It's definitely on the to-do-before-30 list. Only because I probably won't be able to do once I'm you know...old. Just kidding, but that is what seems to be the point for the young and stupid endeavors to end.

Plus, I got a friend whose family runs a heliski business.

Coincidence? I got a friend who runs a Helsinki business.

Heliski in Helsinki? Sounds like a plan.

Not so fast.

From Wikipedia: The Finnish landscape is mostly flat with few hills, and its highest point, the Halti at 1,324 metres, is found in the extreme north of Lapland at the border between Finland and Norway.

Norway may be a better choice. Finland is all about cross-country skiing.

Here's some Finland for you:

i would choose a little beach for live in, in Sapain, or in Southamerica, and maybe i would live in a modest yate too.

Saipan? What are you? Ex-1st Marine Division?

where would you choose to live if you just won $252m?

Spend $2million on more lottery tickets, keep $50million for myself, offer $200million to MBTA if they begin working on a project of my choice. I don't really need that much, I wouldn't know what to spend it on at all. $50million plus a nice job doing something I like is all I need to live comfy. Plus, I'll go down in history! I'll leave behind me a great transit legacy. And I can probably run for governor and win after that. Ahhh... :)

^^^^ Mock Tudor architecture emits brain rotting gasses. Plus, you couldn't clean your firearms for fear that a nosy neurotic neighbor would call Homeland Security.
