Jamaica Plain Infill and Small Developments

New proposal next to Exodus Bagels in Jamaica Plain near Green St station (3326 Washington Street.
47 units (11 affordable 30-70%AMI). Two spots for retail. The design for this is really cool! Hope this gets approved.

This part of Washington st. feels so different now that these two big ones are basically finished. Really has a nice streetwall effect going. The one on the left appears to have a nice brick facade already going up as well.

Yes, quite a bit of change for the good happening between Egleston and Walk Hill. The big gap is on the Southeast side of the street approaching Forest Hills, where there are still a lot of low rises and the MBTA bus yard. I'd like to see that side get filled in at some point, keeping in mind the active uses must be preserved. It won't feel tightly urban until that happens.

Very nice! So, how’s the neighborhood reacting to all these new additions?

What happens when you try to make an architectural statement with an extremely low budget? Here's a bunch of different materials and colors all mixed together, with white trim! What a hot mess.
