For some reason, the ground floor is not available for lease. The upper three floors, 30,000+ sq ft are available for lease.

Walked by recently and noticed this extra special bit of WTF for this building:

The door to the sprinkler room was mounted incorrectly and they ground the sidewalk instead of remounting the door.

One floor also appears to be fitted out for offices.
